Orlene E. Gray-Davis, MSW

Orlene has worked with nonprofit organizations for over 20 years. She brings a dedication to the nonprofit sector as well as experience in diverse arenas- from public relations, training, community organizing, policy advocacy, clinical care to management. Passionate about equitable and sustainable nonprofit organizations, Orlene founded her consulting practice to offer holistic and culturally relevant nonprofit development services to social justice and human service organizations. Orlene centers a “healthy work” model to create just and truly sustainable nonprofit organizations focused on decolonization, liberation and building community. Orlene holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Andrews University.
